  2. Program 12 min./varoma/vel. 3;
  3. When finished, remove to a container and let it cool to room temperature.

– Assembly –

  1. Cut the dough in 2 layers and separate them;
  2. Spread the filling (almost fully cold) in the bottom layer;
  3. Place back the top layer.
