  • 15g sugar
  • 25g Olive oil
  • 100g whole-wheat flour
  • 100g flour not full
  • 50g flour Cornstarch
  • 4 dl of water
  • 5 eggs
  • Lemon peel
  • Salt q. b.

For the syrup

  • 250g of sugar
  • 1 lemon peel
  • 1 orange peel
  • 1 cinnamon stick

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Heat a pan with the water, the oil, the sugar, the lemon peel and a pinch of salt. When it comes to the boil, remove the lemon peel and stir in the flour, previously mixed. Stir very well with a spoon until it forms a ball.

  • 600g of wheat flour
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Start by mix the flour with the salt and make a pit in the middle. After you dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk and pour it in the center of the flour, mixing a little to form a soft paste and let it sit.
  2. However, to the part, mix the butter (which should be at room temperature) with the sugar and add the eggs, one at a time.
